Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GeoPreview (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
License
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.
Permitted Use
GeoPreview is designed to preview geospatial files locally on macOS.
You may use the App for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- reverse engineer or decompile the App
- modify or create derivative works of the App
- redistribute or resell the App without permission
Local Processing
GeoPreview operates entirely on your device.
All files and data processed by the App remain on your Mac.
No Warranty
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Data and Results
GeoPreview processes geographic files provided by the user.
The developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of results produced when viewing or processing such files.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data or business interruption.
Changes to Terms
The developer may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
